Founded in 2003 by the Scales family, MINI's-Making-A-Difference, a 501c3 non-profit organization, is a group of MINI Cooper Owner's dedicated to making a difference in the communities in which we live. Our first MINI Cooper charity event was a Toy Rally starting from Westerly, Rhode Island in 2003. MINI Cooper owners from around new England and New York stuffed their MINI's with toys and headed out on a Rally destined to deliver them to an organization that fulfilled the wishes of children suffering from serious illness.
Each year since the Toy Rally has become an annual tradition held on the first Sunday in December. MinisMD's mission has grown to support like minded charities and people in need.
